Meet Anna (she/her)
Anna Hawkins grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University with a degree in Art History and Women’s Studies. After receiving her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2020, she worked for a residential treatment facility in Nashville for five years where she supported individuals and families struggling with complex, co-occuring mental illness. Anna’s therapeutic style is direct, but gentle, following her favorite motto of “clear is kind.” She relies on client centered therapy and narrative therapy to support individuals in learning how to best regulate themselves in order to live the life to their highest potential. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist (#1805) and is member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
